According to Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Gathering of citizens (The Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no. 51/92, 53/93, 67/93, 48/94, 17/99, 33/99, 29/01 and The Official Gazette of FRY no 21/2001) Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Belgrade Police Department, Police station Savski Venac, acting in accordance with the report of convening of a public meeting and a public meeting in motion whose organizer is the Association "Belgrade Pride Parade", passes a

D E C I S I O N

Convening of public meeting and public meeting in motion , organized by the Association "Belgrade Pride Parade", reported to take place on October 2nd 2011, starting at 11:00 a.m. in "Manjež" Park.

Complaint on the ban from Paragraph 1 of this decision does not postpone enforcement.

E x p l a n a t i o n

Organizer of the public meeting and the public meeting in motion, the Association "Belgrade Pride Parade" submtrred to PS Savski Venac, Belgrade Police Departement a report of convening a public meeting and a public meeting in motion on October 2nd 201, startind at 11:00 a.m. in "Manjež" Park.

In the administered investigation in accordance with the report, it was determined that conflicting circumstances from Article 11, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Gathering of citizens of RS i.e. that during the meeting there may appear obstruction of public transport, endangering health, public moral or safety of individuals and properties.

Information about the legal remedy: It is possible to submit a complaint against this decision for 15 days to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
